Data Analytics & Programs Intern

What you'll do

• Analyze operational and customer feedback data to identify trends and friction points
• Translate data analysis into actionable recommendations for leadership
• Build dashboards and reports showing team performance and customer signals
• Create reusable content, templates, and documentation for internal use
• Support program delivery by tracking milestones and coordinating stakeholder inputs

What they're looking for

• Rising Junior or Senior pursuing Bachelor's degree or graduate student
• Preferred majors: Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI or Tableau experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience creating written or visual content for audiences

Pay and perks

• $20–$25 USD hourly rate
