### Essential Functions

- Daily meetings with groups or individual members of the group to collect needed workflow/dashboard/reporting requirements
- Leverage productivity tools to produce requirements documentation and diagrams
- Completion indicators:
- Workflows implemented in Service Now
- Dashboards deployed
- Reports deployed
- Collect requirements
- Produce written and visual (workflows/process diagrams) requirements documents/mockups
- Work with appropriate teams to facilitate rollout of workflows/dashboards/reporting

### Experience/Qualifications

- Minimum Education Required: Completion of Sophomore year of college through graduating year.
- Minimum GPA: 3.0
- Preferred Major:
- Available for full commitment of 10-week program (40 hours/week)
- Currently enrolled in accredited college or university in pursuit of bachelor's degree in related field
- Eligible to work in the US
- Ability to relocate to work location for the duration of the program
