Job Summary

As a member of the Cortex and Cloud GTM organization, you will contribute directly to the company's overall strategy and support industry-leading growth. You will be tasked with:

• Problem Solving: Developing solutions for complex business problems top-of-mind for executives.
• Collaboration: Working across a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders to gather information and test hypotheses.
• Independent Leadership: Leading problem-solving efforts and managing project execution with minimal supervision.

Your Impact

• Drive Workstreams: Work directly with GTM leaders (Sr. Directors, Principals) to drive high-value strategic initiatives.
• Rigorous Analysis: Lead creative analysis, such as market sizing, competitive assessments, and business model development.
• Executive Recommendations: Package and present high-quality deliverables for executive-level consumption.
• Unlock Value: Support business planning processes and assist in developing strategic capabilities across the organization.

Required Experience & Skills

• Work Experience: Typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience, with a focus on management consulting preferably.
• Analytical Skills: A robust analytical skillset combined with curiosity and an open-minded approach.
• Communication: Effective verbal and written presentation skills to communicate complex ideas to executives.
• Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is willing to support both strategy and execution

Qualifications

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
