Job Description
Ensign-Bickford Aerospace and Defense Company is seeking talented college students to join our 2027 summer internship program. Our 12-week internship program is designed to provide real-world and hands-on experience in areas that interest you! As an intern, you will collaborate with industry experts to solve real-world challenges and change the way we do business.
Contracts Interns
Contracts Interns will gain hands-on experience supporting contract administration and compliance through:
- Reviewing new customer contracts and contract modifications alongside Contracts staff
- Uploading contract awards and supporting documentation into EBAD's ERP system, IFS
- Assisting with the creation and maintenance of customer orders within IFS
- Reviewing contract modifications to help identify and document changes
- Supporting the review of customer Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Proprietary Information Exchange Agreements (PIEAs), including agreements requiring renewal or termination
- Assisting with the closeout of completed contracts and coordinating required review activities
- Organizing and maintaining contract documentation and records
- Supporting Continuous Improvement initiatives, including reviewing and updating procedures for Contract Administration and Contract Compliance

Qualified candidates will be pursuing a bachelor's degree with Junior standing at the time of application, preferably in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field. Candidates should possess strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
