Compliance Associate Rotational Program

What you'll do

• Provide research, analysis, and advisory support on compliance matters across four six-month rotations
• Use analytical and problem-solving skills to add value to assigned projects and business groups
• Conduct ongoing monitoring, testing, and quality assurance within compliance functions
• Identify process improvement opportunities and make recommendations within your areas

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree, graduating between May 2025 and May 2027
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Access, Tableau, and Power Pivot
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities in complex environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders

Pay and perks
