Community Impact Summer Intern

What you'll do

• Support volunteer time-off and matching gift programs through research, employee support, and event management.
• Conduct community impact and sustainability research to identify best practices and emerging trends.
• Prepare materials and communications to increase employee awareness of community impact initiatives.
• Assist with sustainability committee projects, events, and webinars.

What they're looking for

• Currently a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior with graduation between December 2027–May 2029.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA in Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Research and data analysis experience with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter who works independently, collaborates effectively, and manages multiple priorities.

Pay and perks

• $26 hourly rate for White Plains, NY positions.
• Eligible for select Arch benefits.
• Hybrid: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote.
