Claims Representative Internship - Summer 2027

What you'll do

• Investigate claims and determine policy coverage, liability, and loss amounts.
• Study insurance policies, endorsements, and forms to understand coverage.
• Resolve claims and attend arbitrations, mediations, depositions, or trials as needed.
• Issue timely and accurate claims payments.
• Conduct investigations via phone, mail, and on-site visits.

What they're looking for

• Currently enrolled, entering junior or senior year of college.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to resolve complex issues and handle multiple assignments.
• Detail-oriented with data organization and interpretation skills.
