### Job Profile Summary

RSM is seeking highly motivated interns to help design, organize, and enhance the Catamaran Hub, RSM's next-generation managed services experience. The intern will work alongside business leaders, managed services professionals, and digital transformation teams to help build a unified destination that supports business growth, client delivery, knowledge management, AI-enabled experiences, and operational excellence.

This role is ideal for students interested in business analysis, digital transformation, user experience, knowledge management, AI, consulting, managed services, or product management.

### Job Profile Responsibilities

- Help design and enhance RSM's digital hub for growth, delivery excellence, and managed services operations. (40% of time)

- Gather requirements, document workflows, and identify opportunities to improve the user experience. (25% of time)

- Organize, tag, and maintain content to improve discoverability and usability. (15% of time)

- Support Copilot, AI prompting, testing, and innovation initiatives that improve productivity and decision-making. (10% of time)

- Develop reports and metrics that measure adoption, usage, and business impact. (10% of time)

- Collaborate with business leaders and practitioners to develop solutions that support managed services growth and delivery.

- Create training, communications, and support materials that drive successful adoption.

### Requirements & Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.

- Sophomore or Junior standing preferred.

- Demonstrated interest in technology, digital transformation, business operations, consulting, product management, or artificial intelligence.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Co-Pilot, Co-Pilot studio, pro-code and Teams.

- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
