Our services include, but are not limited to, Digital and Technology advisory, Product and Platform development and Data, Analytics and AI implementation. ### What you’ll do: - Lead end-to-end technology projects using cloud, data, analytics, automation, application, and AI-enabled engineering approaches to solve complex business problems. - Translate business and domain requirements into practical technology solutions, operating at the intersection of domain expertise and technology to maximize value for clients and project teams. - Drive strong delivery methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction. - Design and deliver scalable solutions — spanning data pipelines and platforms, analytical solutions, application development, and systems integration — tailored to the needs of the engagement. - Own project planning, execution, and program management — managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders across workstreams. - Serve as a client-facing lead, building trusted relationships, facilitating stakeholder conversations, and communicating solution trade-offs and recommendations with clarity. - Use approved AI productivity tools, coding assistants, copilots, and agentic development tools to accelerate requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting. - Five or more years of consulting or technology delivery experience, including experience leading large-scale data, cloud, analytics, automation, or application implementations. - Proven ability to lead projects and teams — with strong project management, program management, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management capabilities expected of a project lead. - Ability to bridge domain and technology — understanding business/domain context and translating it into technology solutions. - Strong foundation in enterprise data engineering, including data modeling, ETL/ELT, batch and streaming pipelines, data quality, orchestration, APIs, testing, and production operations. - Extensive experience with one or more major cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. - Experience with modern data and analytics platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks. - Deep knowledge of enterprise data management, advanced analytics, process automation, application development, and systems integration. - Experience using AI productivity tools and coding assistants to improve engineering throughput, code quality, testing, documentation, and problem resolution. - Ability to create reusable engineering assets such as skill packs, prompts, code templates, workflow components, validation rules, test suites, and delivery accelerators. - Good understanding of agentic AI concepts and frameworks, including planning and orchestration, tool use, context and memory, human-in-the-loop controls, evaluation, guardrails, and observability. - Understanding of an agent harness and how components such as instructions, context, tools, permissions, workflows, evaluations, and monitoring work together to enable reliable AI-assisted execution. -
