Business Analyst Summer Intern

What you'll do

• Collaborate with senior analysts and project managers supporting traders, portfolio managers, and client teams
• Contribute to initiatives like optimizing order management, implementing statistical models for investment analysis, and enhancing reporting systems
• Gain exposure to core business operations and technology infrastructure at an investment firm
• Identify and evaluate ways to increase operational efficiency through automation

What they're looking for

• Graduating bachelor's candidates between December 2027 and May/June 2028 with majors in STEM, finance, economics, business, or humanities
• Minimum 3.3 GPA; must have U.S. citizenship or permanent residency without sponsorship needs
• Able to commit full-time from June through August without academic or employment conflicts
• Background in process improvement, requirements documentation, or coding; interest in AI applications preferred
