What you'll do

• Design and document business processes to eliminate bottlenecks and enable automation across partner operations.
• Support customer coverage strategy by matching customers with appropriate sales and service models.
• Provide performance insights and data-driven recommendations for partner business reviews.
• Identify process and system gaps, then collaborate to improve efficiency and simplify workflows.
• Automate recurring reporting and manual workflows using low-code and AI-assisted tools.

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Operations, Supply Chain, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA and good academic standing.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.
• Preferred: internship or co-op experience, leadership background, project management skills.
• Preferred: familiarity with process mapping, CRM concepts, Power BI, SQL or Python.

Pay and perks
