Job Schedule: 9/80- employees work 9 out 14 days totaling 80 hours worked and every other Friday off.

We are seeking a new or recent graduate for a Level 1 Systems Engineer role to support a variety of systems engineering activities, including technical planning, requirements analysis, system integration, verification and validation, risk assessment, and deployment support. In this entry-level position, the candidate will work closely with software, test, and engineering teams to help ensure customer requirements are understood, technical objectives are met, and deliverables are completed on schedule. The role also includes assisting with troubleshooting, documentation, and coordination of multiple system engineering tasks in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Essential Functions

• Support systems engineering activities across the program lifecycle
• Assist with technical planning, requirements analysis, and system documentation
• Support system integration, verification, validation, and deployment activities
• Work with software, test, and cross-functional engineering teams to help ensure system requirements are met
• Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and documenting findings
• Help coordinate multiple engineering tasks to support program execution and schedule objectives
• Participate in reviews, meetings, and team discussions in a collaborative environment
• Contribute to preparation and maintenance of technical documents, reports, and presentations
