  • Strengthen skills through hands-on workshops, case studies, simulations, and real-world business challenges.
  • Learn from Visa leaders, industry experts, and program alumni through interactive discussions and experiential learning opportunities.
  • Collaborate with a cohort of peers through shared learning experiences, networking, and community-building activities.

Responsibilities

  • Help develop product strategy, go-to-market plans, and clear product documents, such as concept briefs, business cases, and product requirements.
  • Help build and maintain product roadmaps that connect product goals, customer needs, and business priorities.

  • Research market trends, competitors, and user needs.
  • Summarize research into clear insights and recommendations that support product decisions.
  • Partner with Design and Engineering to develop, test, implement, and improve product concepts.
  • Collaborate with internal Visa teams (e.g., regional teams, Product Marketing, Business Development, Finance) to define and execute a cohesive strategy related to a specific product or feature

All Visa roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.
