What you'll do

• Open and close store, supervise sales floor and stockroom operations.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll for team members.
• Train and develop non-management staff members.
• Drive sales through product knowledge and fashion trend awareness.
• Build visual displays, analyze reporting, and manage inventory control.
