What you'll do

• Lead complete problem-solving cycles from initial research through stakeholder communication
• Create and refine AI prompts and data processing workflows for your assigned work
• Construct and maintain analytical tools that teams depend on daily with quality responsibility
• Prototype automated systems to eliminate repetitive manual tasks across the business
• Share results and recommendations with leadership and business teams

What they're looking for

• Actively pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree
• Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Track record building with generative AI, workflow automation, or prompt techniques
• Practical coding skills in SQL, Python, or equivalent languages from classes or projects
• Commitment to full-time work at 40 hours weekly with minimum 3 days onsite

Pay and perks

• $27–$36 USD per hour
