PSG SJD team is seeking a highly qualified applications intern candidate for SiC JFET products (discrete devices, co-packaged smart power devices and high-power modules) focusing on trending applications such as AI data center switch mode power conversion, circuit protections, renewable energy, etc.

The position is located in Princeton (NJ, USA).

### Responsibilities

- Supporting internal evaluation requests (electrical, thermal, mechanical) with proficient skills in lab environment (oscilloscope, probes, soldering, etc.)

- Independently conduct experiments

- Designing or crafting customized test setup for internal evaluation (electrical, thermal, mechanical)

### Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in EE, plus 2+ years in the power semiconductors field or master's degree plus 0-2+ years in the semiconductor industry.

- Individual must be able to multi-task as an individual and in team environments.

- Laboratory experience with power semiconductor products (IGBT, Diode, MOSFET etc.) required.

- Circuit analysis and power electronics course background is mandatory.

- Excellent problem-solving skills.

- Excellent organizational skills.

- Excellent communication skills verbal as well as written (English).
