Applications Engineers work closely with Test & Measurement's sales and business development teams to provide technical leadership in qualifying, advancing, and closing sales opportunities by proof-of-concepts and larger development projects. We are seeking new graduates with a strong technical background and customer-focused mindset to join a team of business and technical leaders who drive new areas of growth for NI within the Semiconductor/Electronics industries.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be
Interacting with customers to understand their technical and operational requirements and recommend appropriate T&M solutions
Creating proof-of-concepts with T&M NI hardware and software for demonstrations to customers
Building relationships and trust with customers and account managers
Collaborating with cross-functional teams on product feedback and contribute towards technical initiatives

For This Role, You Will Need
Bachelor of Science degree with an engineering or computer science concentration
Familiarity with electronic measurement equipment (e.g., Power supplies, DMMs, Scopes, function generators, etc.)
Familiarity with high-level programming language (e.g., C, C++, C#, LabVIEW, Python, etc.)
Effective oral, written, presentation and communication skills
Effective collaboration skills
Availability to travel up to 25% of time throughout the Americas region
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future
