You'll work alongside experienced product managers, content managers, engineers, and business leaders to gain hands-on experience driving real business impact for our go-to-market (GTM) teams across sales and marketing.

### What You'll Achieve: Own a High-Impact Workstream

- Agent Development: Build, refine, and prepare an AI agent for production use, ensuring it solves a real GTM need.

- Content Source Integration: Assess, organize, and clean new sales and marketing data sources to ensure hygiene, consistency, and readiness for indexing into generative AI tools.

- Metadata Optimization: Build and apply tagging structures that maximize discoverability, relevance, and usability of GTM content within AI tools.

- Governance Frameworks: Create and implement processes to maintain data integrity, compliance, and security for GTM content sources.

### Essential Requirements

- Current undergraduate student graduating in December 2027 or May 2028.

- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, CoPilot) and proven experience using them to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in academic and professional work.

- Foundational knowledge of relational databases, data structures, and metadata concepts.

- Experience with Python and/or SQL for data analysis or automation

- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset, with the ability to work effectively within a team, manage deadlines, communicate timely updates, and deliver a completed project with measurable results.

### Desirable Requirements

- Understanding of AI/LLM systems, including indexing, retrieval, and inferencing

- Exposure to APIs, JSON, or distributed data processing frameworks (e.g. Spark)

- Experience with metadata tagging, taxonomy design, or content governance.
