A&F Rotational Associate

What you'll do

• Move through different accounting and finance departments every 4–6 months during the two-year program
• Execute foundational accounting, analysis, and reporting assignments with supervision from department heads
• Spot ways to streamline operations and create concrete plans to implement them
• Share recommendations with executives and help roll out efficiency improvements

What they're looking for

• Recent graduates with degrees in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Self-motivated individuals with attention to detail, flexibility, and solid writing and problem-solving abilities
• Capability to track workflows and hit specific performance targets

Pay and perks

• $23.00 hourly base compensation
