2027 Undergraduate Internship - Change Management (HR)

What you'll do

• Gather and organize information about major change initiatives, including objectives, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Design and pilot a Change Management Dashboard displaying initiative status, milestones, and employee readiness metrics.
• Collaborate with teams to identify reporting needs, validate data, and establish dashboard update processes.
• Track communication, training, and engagement activities to identify gaps and overlapping initiatives.

What they're looking for

• Active Bachelor's degree student in HR, business administration, organizational development, psychology, data analytics, IT, or related field.
• 18 years or older.
• 3.0+ cumulative GPA preferred.
• Excel, Power BI, or similar data tools experience preferred.
