### Responsibilities of the role:

- Extensive use of CRM for various projects
- Build focus customer lists, run competitive analysis reports- Morningstar and CRM
- Conduct territory analysis and gather business intelligence
- Create and execute on sales campaigns aligned with firm initiatives
- Execute customer orders and other various requests
- Assist in various roles including inside sales, sales support, and investment consulting group
- Gain industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments

### Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required; experience in Microsoft Word and Outlook preferred
- Strong ability to multi-task and handle several projects simultaneously
- Comfortable with phone conversations and presentation skills
- Interest in capital markets/ financial planning preferred but not required
- Must be able to adapt to a fast pace environment

### Compensation

The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:
