2027 Guardian Summer Intern, Actuary

What you'll do

• Handle pricing and valuation assignments within the actuarial department
• Conduct quantitative work using Excel and related tools
• Share findings with stakeholders across the organization
• Receive guidance from experienced professionals and team members

What they're looking for

• Completion of at least one actuarial certification exam
• Demonstrated strength in data analysis and logical reasoning
• Background in actuarial studies, math, statistics, or similar disciplines
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028

Pay and perks

• Hourly rate between $20.00–$35.00
• 10-week paid program running May 27–August 6, 2027
