What you'll do

• Map out existing capital asset workflows and identify key stakeholder interactions within internal systems
• Conduct conversations with teams across labs, research, finance, and operations to understand their needs
• Review past capital requests to spot recurring issues and operational bottlenecks
• Evaluate opportunities for AI and automation, then create a prioritized plan for future improvements

What they're looking for

• Pursuing a degree in business, information systems, IT, analytics, industrial engineering, operations, supply chain, computer science, or similar discipline
• Demonstrated capability in analysis and problem-solving with clear communication abilities
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Able to commit 10-12 weeks starting May or June 2027

Pay and perks

• Salary range: $39,108 through $111,111
• Hybrid work option
